Existing ‘heavy duty crossings’ have many problems and shortfalls so Concept Rail have identified the need for increased longevity, functionality and reliability that will increase confidence and performance.
We have designed, engineered and patented a heavy duty level crossing that is unique to any other—a product that is fit for purpose and suitable for extremely heavy road and rail traffic.
The Concept Rail patented design separates vehicle loads from track loads with a unique patented sub-structure. The heavy duty design has been engineered using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
